We are definitely recovering today from a ridiculously busy weekend. When the alarm went off this morning (and by alarm I mean Luna shouting MOOOOOOMMMMMYYY) at the top of her lungs at 5:30 a.m.), it was hard to drag myself out of bed. Several cups of black coffee later here we are, plugging away, and Monday is almost over so there’s that!
I wanted to share a picture of Luna and I from yesterday. The pants I have on are literally the most comfortable pants I have ever worn aside from leggings. I HIGHLY recommend them. Luna’s dress is part of Target’s BOGO 50% off event, and it’s adorable. It would work great as a swim cover up too. Everything is linked above. Speaking of swim – swimwear for the whole family is BOGO 50% right now, check out my other post today with my favorites for kids.
Anyways, we took Tj out for Father’s Day at a local brewery he wanted to try. The kids were not well behaved at all, we made 55 trips to the bathroom, and Luna had a massive pull-up explosion so yes, given that there are three of them I would call it a success, lol.
We decided to take some pictures by this fun brick wall we saw – after I promised Luna she could pick up some rocks. If you look closely at her little fists you will see that they are full of rocks ❤️. I love the stuff they pick up. I actually found a pinecone in Anthony’s car seat when I was cleaning it out – hidden in an inside pocket because clearly it is a treasure.
The kids also put together a fun photo frame for their father with pictures of them from sports and notes they each wrote about why they like when he coaches them. Heart melted.
