Since my older daughter was about 2, it became a struggle for me to dress her. A constant battle between what she wanted to wear and what I wanted her to wear. Now that she is older, I’ve simply given up. She prefers sport shorts and activewear to anything remotely trendy or dressy and I have (sadly) made peace with that.
My baby, on the other hand, is much more willing to wear things that I suggest. She’s into dresses and boots, sparkles and headbands – hallelujah!
I wanted to post this outfit before the summer was over because it was one we both loved – the dress color and style is adorable. And for Lu the fact that it had all of her favorite Toy Story friends on it was enough. Of course I think the real stars of this outfit are Luna’s shoes. Purple mini-vans? I’m in! The headband doesn’t hurt either! Let’s hope you feel your Monday as much as Luna in a Toy Story dress!
