So my two year-old has a shoe collection I am envious of. One of my Mom friends said to me the other day, “Luna has the best shoes,” which Incant argue with. But here’s the thing – when most of the shoes are under $20, it’s hard to pass them up! Why can’t that be the case for women’s shoes?
