Blogger Event – Elements Massage Mechanicsburg

So I got to do something really cool last night! I joined some local bloggers at Elements Massage Mechanicsburg to meet the new owners and check out their refreshed space. The event was organized by the amazing Sara Bozich, and there was champagne and cupcakes, a chair massage and a swag bag – for a mom of three like me it was basically an hour long luxury vacation. Look how beautiful this spread was!

When it comes to massage therapy my friends know I’m a big advocate. Honestly – I spent this past weekend at a soccer tournament in Maryland. This meant watching soccer for two days outside in frigid temperatures, carrying a three year-old around on my hip, and lugging chairs, bags, drinks and all sorts of gear all over the place. Oh – did I mention I slept on a pullout sofa in a hotel WITH my toddler? So if anyone needed a massage last night, it was definitely me. I have my own “roller” that I use almost every day on my back, but it’s nothing compared to having an hour long massage from a professional.

Can I tell you – the chair massage I received at Elements Massage Mechanicsburg last night was fabulous and just what the doctor ordered. I also tried cupping on my arm (my friends have told me I totally need to try this) and I am definitely scheduling a massage with cupping ASAP. It felt amazing!

I also want to say that I was so impressed with the new owners, Hannah and Kacie and all their staff. These ladies are young and driven and I could totally relate to them. They have a great vision for this space and wellness in general, and the need for women and moms to put themselves first REGULARLY and concentrate on their well being. I’m totally behind them and their business.

They have revamped the waiting room and it’s spa like. They also have all of these great add on services like the cupping and Himalayan salt massages. Check out the holiday gift card promotion Elements is running, and schedule your massage now!

As for the outfit – love this skirt and sweater, feel like it’s the perfect winter look. I am also very much into this beautiful cream coat – it was an impulse buy but definitely worth it, and under $100!
