I don’t know why, but this week flew by! I think it was because we had some fun things planned – a trip to the movies to see Secret Lives of Pets 2, a day at Hersheypark and today I have a happy hour planned with some awesome moms at a new tequila bar.
My post on Scary Mommy also was published this week which was so exciting. I was 100 percent overwhelmed by the response from everyone. Sometimes I don’t know if I am on the right track doing a blog but then something like that happens and it reaffirms what I am doing.
I got a lot of questions this week about why I do the outfits and pictures on here instead of just the writing. For me, I love clothes, I love dressing up my kids and taking pictures and so sharing those is a natural and a lot of fun for me. I love writing articles too, but that takes a lot of time and is much more intense. This “fun” stuff is a good way to keep my blog and instagram current while in between bigger pieces. We worked on thank you notes and chore charts at home this week which has inspired two bigger posts that I promise I will share soon.
So anyways, I felt I was getting lazy with my work clothes lately and I honestly feel like what they say is true – you have to dress for the job! The better dressed you are, the more confident you feel. I saw some of these leopard print pieces this week and had to pick them up, and Luna’s outfit is absolutely one of my favorite toddler outfits of all time. Stylish looks for mama and daughter – what more could you want?
All outfits are linked below, except for this black top which I cannot find anywhere, but linked a similar one.
The earrings are my new faves, as is Luna’s llama-corn headband. There is also a women’s shirt that is gorgeous in the same material, and a dress for little girls, both linked below.

Also, I may be in super high heels, but there is no excuse for not pushing Luna around in her favorite car, while she rocks her llama-corn headband 😂😂😂.
